Here at CHA Acupuncture we understand that there may be circumstances where you or a loved one may be unable to receive treatment at our office location. Dr. Sora Koo accommodates for this through her At-Home Safety Visits where you may receive treatment in the comfort of your home! At-Home Safety Visit treatment options are currently available for patients in the Greater Los Angeles area. This includes locations such as Silverlake, Glendale, Burbank, Hollywood, Long Beach, Pasadena, and more!

Protocols to Ensure Your Safety

Dr. Koo is a mindful, research-based practitioner who continually strives to implement ways to enhance the level of care she provides for her patients. As such, Dr. Koo only sees patients who disclose their recent health history prior to the appointment. Once the appropriate screening is conducted, Dr. Koo arranges a time and date to conduct the At-Home Safety Visit. In order to protect her patients and at large her community, Dr. Koo receives regular Covid-19 testing. Patients feel at ease knowing that Dr. Koo takes this additional level of precaution to make her services the safest in the city.

Set up regular visits with Dr. Koo in advance and receive a special discount. No more traffic! Dr. Koo eliminates your need to travel. Receive care in a comfortable setting of your choice! With our At-Home Safety Visits, you have the luxury of resting and promoting faster healing at home. Visits within 10 miles from our office location are $180 per service, however fees are subject to change depending on driving time and traffic.

What to Expect

Throughout the entire At-Home Safety Visit, patients will be advised to keep their masks on for the safety of both parties. Dr. Koo will begin by taking your temperature using a contactless thermometer. Once this screening along with a second inquiry on the patient’s recent health history is confirmed, Dr. Koo will conduct her treatment. Upon completion of the treatment, all instruments used are sanitized and/or discarded appropriately in a labeled waste disposal bin.
